2009 Soccer Schedule Posted

Congratulations to the 49er Scirocco for winning the 2009 Citrus Heights Summer Bash U19 Girls Championship. The Scirocco, coached by Jim Conroy defeated the Mission El Camino Magic 4-2 in a match that went end to end for the entire 90 minutes. Contributions were made by all members of the Scirocco during the two day tournament who won both of the matches on Saturday by scores of 3-0 and 2-0. A 0-0 tie in the morning match Sunday allowed the Scirocco to play for the championship Sunday afternoon. After giving up their first goal of the new season in the first half, the Scirocco rallied to take a 2-1 half time lead and extended the lead early in the second half.

Registration now available for recreational-level players ages 14-18

The Forty Niner Youth Soccer League (49er YSL) clubs join to make “CPL” teams U-16 and U-19 teams, and play teams from surrounding areas. If you were born between August 1, 1990 and July 31, 1995 you are eligible to participate. more information(in .pdf)
